July 2005 Issue of the e-Journal Uploaded

The July issue of the e-Journal is now available. This issue features papers on Tamil refugees in India, drug abuse in Malaysia,  and the political behaviour of the slum dwellers in Bangladesh. It also features two major articles on global issues. One deals with the race relation in the US and how it is paralleled on a global stage. The other is an attempt to build a theory of the intellectuals and their political ideology in this age of globalization. And for the first time the majority of the contributors are non-Bangladeshis giving the e-Journal a truly international character.
